Lincoln Property Company maintains an on-site office at 245 First Street, along with a dedicated engineering office at 25 First Street staff to assist. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Engineers are available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to respond to tenant needs. Additionally, the 245 First Street has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the main lobby on the 1st floor.
