Four Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are provided on the 3rd floor of the parking garage for use by tenants and visitors to 245 First Street. The units are first come first serve with a two-hour time limit on use. There presently is no charge to utilize the EV Charging Stations though normal garage parking rates apply. The units are SEMA CONNECT Series 6 chargers with J1772 Plugs which the manufacturer states are compatible with all new electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles including Volt, Tesla, BMW, Leaf, Focus and more.
